All Sales Are Final

At The Bark & Barrel, we take great care in offering high‑quality pet products and ensuring that every order is packed with accuracy and attention. Because of the nature of our products—including consumables, treats, chews, supplements, and other pet‑related items—all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products purchased through thebarkandbarrel.ca, in‑store, or through any affiliated sales channels.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While all sales are final, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement for the same item only.

Non‑Returnable Items

Because of health, safety, and product integrity standards, the following cannot be returned under any circumstance:

  • Seasonal or limited‑edition items

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, as fulfillment begins immediately.
